Porcelain Road Sign - March Avenue What a fun collectible for Mr. & Ms. March... the local band director... or to hang in your garden for Spring!
This porcelain street sign is 24" long and 6" tall. It has four holes for hanging and distinctly says "March Av." It is black, white and gray. The gray spots are areas where the while has rubbed off over time. Condition is good with normal aging to the metal under the enamel coating where it has rubbed or scratched off over time - a little rust here and there. There is also some denting to the top edge (see photo).

Chalkware Dog - Pug Terrier This adorable chalk dog was most likely a carnival prize in the early to mid-1900's. He stands 10" tall, 5 1/2" wide and 7 1/2" deep. I'm not an expert on dog identification - he looks like a pug or pug terrier because of the pointy ears.

Condition is excellent with no breaks. There is normal light flaking here and there. He is black and white with a pale yellow collar.

Chalkware Basset Hound Bank From the days of carnival prizes comes this cute chalk basset hound bank. He stands 12" tall, 6" wide and 6" deep. He is a grayish white with brown and black details.
Condition is good with normal chalkware flakes. There are a couple of chips here and there - on his ear and head. You can also tell where little hands figured out how to pry out the coins without breaking the bank - don't you remember doing the same?? Sweet!

Russel Wright Pewter Swan Nut Cup This graceful 1930's pewter swan by Russel Wright measures 3 1/4" long, 3 1/4" wide and 2 1/4" tall. This is one of Wright's early pieces and is marked "30 Russel Wright" on the bottom.
Condition is very good with normal vintage age marks - age speckles and a few small scratches. A beautiful early piece for the RW collector!
