Apsco Midget Pencil Sharpener for Desk This is a cute pencil sharpener designed to be mounted to a desk or bookcase. It stands 3 5/8" tall and has a plastic sleeve that holds the shavings - the sleeve is somewhat transparent so you can see the mechanism work and see the pencil shavings - it is connected in the little tabs on the back side. The sleeve is marked "Apsco Midget, Apsco Products, Inc., Beverly Hills, Calif., Rockford, Ill., USA" and "Made in the USA, Patented and Patent Pending". Condition is very good with some ageing surface rust on the metal handle and normal ageing on the sleeve.
