This is a wonderful vintage tilt canister, made in 1933 based upon the numbers stamped on the bottom. The jar can stand upright or tilt on either side. The top sides are nicely ribbed for an interesting effect, the lid is a zinc Atlas lid and it has a bail handle.

| Used presumably as a store canister or would make a really nice grease jar (just the right size) The jar measures 6 1/8" tall when standing upright, 3 3/8" wide and 5 1/2" deep. Condition is great with no cracks or chips. There are some normal bubbles in the glass and some normal scuffing wear on the bottom as well as normal wear on the metal. An interesting piece!! |
