Chinese Key is the name of this 1940's Chinese inspired design by Roselane Pottery of California. These bowls were quite the decorative fashion statement of their time in their contrasting medium green and white colors. The largest one measures 11 7/8" long, 7 1/4" wide and 2 3/8" tall. The small one measure 6 1/4" X 6 3/8" and is 2 1/2" tall. The large one has a solid foot and the small has an open foot. Condition is good with no cracks or chips. There are marks & scratches from vintage use. The largest is marked with an ink stamp "Roselane Pasadena Calif 312" as well as with a sticker. The small is unmarked except for an incised number "200". |
