This is a nice vintage wind-up toy by Unique Art Mfg. Co. GI Joe's key still works and his legs move quickly when picked up. He does not walk when placed on the floor but the wheels on the K-9 cases are still intact so he may just need minor adjustments. His hat still tilts forward and back. There is quite a bit of wear to the paint and metal as shown in the pictures.
