Manufacturer: Blenko
This is a fun piece of Blenko glass designed by Myers in the early 70's. It is mushroom decanter #7022S in wheat and stands 8 5/8" tall and 4" wide. The stopper is ground on the end but hangs in the decanter rather than ground to fit. Condition is excellent with no cracks or chips - only normal Blenko bubbles. There is one manufacture spot on the edge of the stopper (see pic #5) It still has a partial Blenko silver foil sticker as well as a Milton, WV sticker.
