This is an outstanding example of the Wheeling Decorating Company in business between 1900 and 1962 in WV. There is little written about this company, in part because they didn't make the porcelain or pottery - they decorated it. This porcelain vase is decorated in one of their most popular patterns - doves, roses and daisies. Encrusted in gold with the design etched around the bulbuous part of the vase. The interior and bottom of the vase is white. Condition is excellent with no loss of gold, no cracks or chips.
The vase stands 7 1/8" tall and 4 1/2" wide at the widest part.
